- If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.

- Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 days inside Dhaka and 5–7 days outside Dhaka.
- Delivery times may vary based on courier services or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
- Customers must provide accurate address and contact information to ensure successful delivery.
5. Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy
a. For Direct Customers
- Defective or damaged products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All Marshmallow Tech products carry a 3–5 month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.
- Change-of-mind or accidental damage is not covered.
b. For Affiliates
- Marshmallow Tech handles all customer support, returns, and warranty claims directly.
- Affiliates are not financially responsible for refunds or replacements.
c. For Resellers
- Resellers handle customer returns and refunds from their own sales.
- Marshmallow Tech will only replace defective units verified as manufacturer faults.
6. Affiliate & Reseller Program Terms
By joining the Marshmallow Tech Partner Program, you agree to:
- Promote our products truthfully and ethically.
- Avoid making false claims or misleading advertisements.
- Refrain from using our brand materials without approval.
- Comply with the Partner Code of Conduct outlined in the program guide.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, text, designs, and content on Marshmallow Tech platforms are the exclusive property of Marshmallow Tech.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Marshmallow Tech shall not be liable for:

- Delays or failures caused by third-party logistics, payment systems, or external events beyond our control.
