- Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.

Refunds
- Eligible returns can be refunded or replaced.
- Processing time: 3–5 working days.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method.
Warranty
- Applies to premium electronics (speakers, lamps, gadgets).
- Duration: 6 months from purchase.
- Covers technical faults & manufacturing defects.
- Excludes: physical damage, water damage, misuse, and normal wear & tear.
